"Our size of school will continue to struggle to offer the number and variety of classes that a larger school is able to offer. This is a good solution to that problem. As I said before, the teacher is key to it being a successful program. Also, the students need a clear understanding of what the class is about and what is all required from the beginning, even before the decision is made whether or not to take the class."
"This is a great opportunity for students to take other classes; however, there needs to be some type of policy set up in determining who is eligible to take the classes."
"Because our children need to have more opportunities and they can learn more in fields they are interested in."
"With education funding continuing to be an issue, schools must look for ways to maintain efficiency, share resources, and look outside the 'normal' classroom setting to be able to prepare and challenge students for tomorrow's world."
"Gives students a broader range of subjects to pick from. It can make students work harder and be challenged. They are more prepared for college."
"It helps smaller schools compete with being able to offer more courses." |
