| This key area reflects one
of the main reasons that I chose to pursue my master's degree. I
had been teaching for over a decade, and I was feeling a little burned
out. (Pun intended.) I knew I was ready for a new challenge,
but I wasn't sure what avenue to chose. After attending a TTL
Academy, I applied to be a TTL instructor on a whim and was accepted for
a job. Teaching TTL opened my eyes to how much I enjoyed both
using and teaching technology. Applying to graduate school in the
area of TET seemed the next logical step.
